My background
Year 2000, at age 13, I received a custom computer my uncle made. It had a 350mhz celeron processor, 8GB hard drive with Windows 98, and an 8mb video card. This is when I started to learn about web design. I started to get addicted to designing and needed to learn more. I then applied for the Computer Animation and Webpage Design class at the Center for Technology, Essex. I thought that this could be a chance of a lifetime. Going into a class where everyone knew how to design full websites I could learn so much. But I was deceived. At first; most of the kids had never even opened any of the programs I half-knew. There were a few kids who learned amazingly fast. We then taught each other as well learned from the class. After that year, I applied for the second year of the class, to which only two students got accepted and I got the privilege to be one of them.
